I purchased this light, NE-1127 High Output Crysta-Light w/Remote from you. It has been about a year and the red color on the light doesn't work anymore .It just stopped working. I've tried to locate the manufacturer but can't locate them. Can you help?

This is my second purchase of this item. First set had a tree crush the first step ,Tree limb was huge only chrushed first step .These steps are strong..
