Blue Wave water balance chemicals The first, most important step to proper pool care is to keep your pool water in balance. This will ensure that you are getting the most effective use of your chemicals. Test daily to ensure that pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and cyanuric acid (stabilizer) are within the correct levels.
pH INCREASER Use as needed to raise the pH level to the ideal range of 7.2 to 7.6 ppm. Slows the rapid loss of chlorine caused by low pH, and slows chlorine dissipation, so your pool uses less chlorine. Blue Wave ph increaser stops eye irritation, etching and corrosion caused by low pH. Contains sodium carbonate “soda ash". Recommended dosage: 1 lb. per 10,000 gallons.

Q:Can I pay for expedited shipping on my pool chemicals?
A:It is the policy of our shipping carrier, UPS, to not permit expedited shipping of possible hazardous or dangerous chemicals via air transit. This policy includes all pool chemicals making the only available delivery method for such items UPS Ground.

Q:Following chemical treatment, how long do I have to wait before I use my pool?
A:With the exception of superchlorinating (which requires waiting until the chlorine level drops to recommended levels), you can generally use your pool when the chemical is dispersed throughout the pool. Fifteen minutes to one hour is a good rule of thumb.
