Product Description
The Hayward H-Series heater represents the very latest in heating technology for swimming pools and spas. Advanced features include digital touchpad display on all electronic direct spark and induced draft hot surface heaters, rust-resistant water path with polymer header assembly, and a rapid-heat combustion chamber. H-Series heaters are easy to install and maintain, thanks to its low profile, light weight and CPVC plumbing capabilities.

Rust resistant water path, with injection-molded polymer header, offers improved by-pass control and extended life by providing additional protection from the damaging effects of erosion from high flow conditions.

Easy-to-read L.E.D. Control Panel provides digital temperature readout and diagnostics for quick identification of components that might need service.

Heat exchanger reliability is improved due to the reduction of condensation hat can form on tubes. Exclusive CPVC plumbing kit allows for universal heater replacement and maximum plumbing versatility.

Our patented single header "V" baffle design heat exchangers allow for long life, fast heating and virtually no condensation. All Hayward heat exchangers are now protected with highly resilient Cupro Nickel for greater durability and longevity.

Constructed of tough, durable stainless steel, H-Series burners can be removed individually or as a complete unit for easy maintenance and cleaning.

Questions customers have been asking about this product:
Q: I currently have my pool heater hooked up in series with my pump motor, so that it turns off when the pump turns off. This heater has a digital control which I'm guessing needs power applied to it at all times. Does this mean I would need to hook the heater up to a separate circuit to maintain it's settings?

A:

We spoke with Hayward and they stated that ideally it would be best to wire this heater to a seperate circuit but since this heater only draws .3 amps that you could wire this in series with your pump.
