who do i know what filter i need. all i know is i have a jacuzzi that has 3 filters in it and the pool is a 38,000 gal pool.

If you are looking to replace your entire filter (tank & cartridges) then for your size pool, I would suggest the Tri-Clops 550 Sq. Ft. Filter If you are looking to just replace the cartridges within your filter then we would need to know the length of your cartridges or there should be a model # on the label on the side of your filter tank that we would need. Please email us any of this data.

Would this filter have the new round filters or would it need to be retrofitted to the new round filters?

Here is a link to the Jacuzzi Tri-Clops Cartridge Filter Parts page. The triangular elements are still available for the TC300, TC450, and TC600 models. We also have the newer TC330, TC440, and TC550 newer round style cartridges individually as well as the kits that include the three cartridges, standpipe support, and the manifold. If you are converting from the old style to the new, I would suggest the kit as it includes everything you need to make the conversion.

Does this cartridge filter unit come complete with the three filters or would the cartridges need to be purchased separately?

we have a 14000 gallon above ground pool . currently have 20 year old Jacuzzi cartridge filter. Need to replace filter and pump. Suggestions?
