The Jandy AquaPalm/AquaLink Handheld Wireless Remote brings the power and flexibility of a wireless remote to new or existing AquaLink RS control systems with Rev "M" software or later. jandy remote stays on waiting. What to do to correct

Hello- According to the owner's manual for this unit, on page 18 it states: "Microprocessor locked.Turn off power to the system. Disconnect battery at the Power Center and turn on power. Reconnect the battery and reset time and date."

I have a spa included in my pool. How do I turn on "water fall" effect when not in SPA mode?

Hi, If the waterfall is linked to the spa or uses the spa pump then it will have to be in "spa mode" in order to have the waterfall on.
