My Jandy APURE35 died. display started being off center on occasion before it died. I have 240v at terminal on inside, both fuses are good, but mini fan doesn't run when power applied. Is it Power assembly or control board?

That is going to be the power pcb assembly which is no longer available. I recommend giving Zodiac a call, 800-822-7933, to see if know of any of their vendors still have that in stock.

the power is coming to the control box, however the display is not coming on. The fuses are good. how would i know if the TS control assembly needs to be replaced.

Hi Phillip, According to the info in the AquaPure Ei Manual it can either be the PCB Assy or the Control Assy. You can check the PCB to confirm that it's putting out the correct voltage. You can contact Zodiac at (800) 822-7933.

the electrician hooked 240 volts to the left side where the chlorine generator is wired. what equiptment has to be replaced. black smoke came out of the big box.

Hi John, You will need to assess what got damage, you may have to replace the Power PCB Assembly (R0512100) and or the TS Control Assembly (R0512300).

The LCD is saying "Output Fault" - and the manual just says to contact a professional. Is this part the most likely replacement to correct this? The purchase was 13 months ago, so I assume it's out of warranty?

Hi Pete, warranty would go based off date of install, And yes would recommend calling a Pool professional or Zodiac at 1-800-822-7933 and speak with their techinal department to troubleshoot your error

The fuses on my Jandy board are blowing. Should I replace the board or the cell ? I don't want to purchase the wrong part and it still won't work. We don't have any honest pool people here. everyone wants to sell you a completely new system.

Charles, It sounds like replacing the board will work but I would recommend calling Zodiac at 1.800.822.7933 to make sure it's not another issue causing the fuse to keep blowing out.
