Which Kreepy Krauly is recommended for tile?
The Vinyl / Fiberglass model comes with the pleated seal which is designed to also work on tile. Here is a link to the cleaner: http://www.inyopools.com/Products/03500005000716.htm
Is it possible to operate the K70405 under a solar cover?
Do I have to remove the ladder so it will not hang up on it?
It is possible to run the Kreepy Krauly under your solar cover most of your hose should be under water. The cover may move a bit if you have to hook into your pool skimmer, but I know people have used the cleaner with their cover on. The ladder also should not get in the way. Give it a try, if it does get in the way then remove the ladder.
