What does dual speed twist? does this come with a cartridge?

The term twist lock refers to the plug itself designed to be twisted and will lock into the outlet. This pump has it's standard high speed and low speed at about half of the full speed rpm rating making it an energy efficient dual speed model. This system does come with the cartridge aswell.
