The S.R. Smith 606/608 Steel Base w/ Jig has a bolt configuration of a 12" X 12" square.

Does the stand include the jig and hardware to connect them together?

Yes the stand does include the jig and hardware to connect the stand to your deck. The stand does not Include the Leaf Spring which connects the stand to the diving board, here is the 6' Diving Board Leaf Spring and the 8' Diving Board Leaf Spring.
