Easy to connect.

Pros: quiet motor
Cons: jury is still out.
First of all I received this motor "fast"! Thanks. I removed the old motor and installed this one in about ten minutes. Removal took the most time. If you are NOT an electrician don't wire this. Once I wired the motor I tested it. Quiet and well balanced which means quality. I expect more than a few seasons out of this one.
