This retrofit plate is required when using the the SAVI Light in a standard pool light niche. The SAVI light will not fit a pool light niche without this plate. Hardware is included with the plate.
I have a 22 year old concrete pool (which I am having resurfaced) that has one spa light. I wish to replace it with a SAVI LED multi-color pool iight. The existing light fixture including retaining ring is 5.5" in diameter. The SAVI pool light is 1.98" in diameter. Is there an available adapter plate (similar to SAVI-PLATE-FB-W that will work for my new SAVI (12W) light using the existing niche?

Hello John. The only retrofit plate, other thatn the one you found, I can find for a Savi light had a diameter of 10.75. Not only won't that fit, the item is no longer made. My best suggestion is to call SAVI themselves at (407) 855-5630 and see if there is something new we are not aware off yet. Sorry I could not help futher.
