What is the dosage rate on the YELLOW Stuff?

The dosage rate is one cap full per 10,000 gallons and each time you add a cap full you would also need to add 1 lb of liquid chlorine or 1 lb. of granular chlorine.

Is jacks yellow stuff safe to use with a salt water generator to get rid of mustard algae?

Yes, Just use small doses and you would want to use a shock with it as it is chlorine activated and will use it up.

We live near some woods and have periodic trouble with a variety of hard to kill algae that are chlorine resistant. I've had the yellow/mustard, but we usually get a green version that snubs its nose at cal hypo chlorine. This product takes care of that. Follow the instructions and any algae present goes on a suicide mission, sucking up chlorine till it terminates. This is great stuff and it keeps us swimming.

This works better & faster than Yellow Out. You don't have to fool with the ph either. I put a small maintenance dose in weekly. If there is Mustard Algae present you add a little more, shock, and you're good to go. It could not be any easier unless you get someone to do it for you!
