Luke, The Poly Jet Internal Wrench does come with the o-ring.

Hi, Seong. This wrench works both ways, for installation and removal.

Pros: Sturdy, proper fit

Perfect wrench for Poly Jet Wall Fittings and Poly Jet Monster internal jets. Extremely sturdy, absolutely correct fit. Simple but indispensible tool to ensure installation/removal without damage.
