As a member of the BBB I thought you should be advised that the BBB in Canada has found Vinyl Works Canada to be an UNSATISFACTORY BUSINESS. I have one of there decks and it began rusting badly in only a few months. They agreed that I had a warrantee claim and told me they were shipping me a new one. They never did that. Some of the rusted areas are black because I sprayed them with a rustoleum product to make the rust paintable.

I see you have their products on your web site. I am building a web site where the videos of the damage, copy of the letter from BBB, and a list of all companies that have been made aware of this issue. That way any company that sells one of these products without warning the customer will be equally liable for damages.

As a member of the BBB I am sure you do not want your customers to be treated to damaged pooducts and a company that does not stand behind its products.
