Impeller, 2 Hp Full, 2-1/2 Hp Uprate (r0555804) Replaced by 63401525 Impeller.
Have a 2hp Hydrostorm impeller but it seems to be too long because it is hitting the diffuser when installed. I am replacing the impeller on a 2.5 JHPU. Do I need to replace the diffuser for it to fit properly?

We would need to know the specific model, part or catalog number of the motor in order to see if we carry the impeller as some of the JHP series impellers are no longer available.

Hello Martin. The Zodiac Impeller Kit r0555804 was replaced with the Waterco Hydrostrom Impeller only 6340152. The Waterco Hydrostrom Impeller 6340152 has been replaced/superseded by the Waterco Hydrostrom Impeller 63401525. Waterco HydroStorm/Plus/Star Impeller 2.0/2.5 HP - 63401525 The remaining parts of the original Zodiac Impeller Kit are available individually. Attached please find an exploded parts diagram for the Jandy Stealth JHP & JHPU Series Pump. Please review - Items Key 10 and Key 17 Jandy Stealth Original JHP & JHPU Series Pump (2002-2008)
