I have had this heater on my pool for over 8 years now and maintained it well, this year after opening the pool it worked fine after twoo weeks it stopped working I checked the the ignition control and noticed for the first time the indicater LED was blinking 3 times for ignition lockout so what part has to be replaced?

Hi Steve, The 3 blinking lights indicates the heater is going into Ignition Lockout, this is typically caused by a bad Ignition Control and we would suggest replacing your Ignition Control with the one listed on this page.

What is the difference in problems when diagnostic indicator LED light is constant on vs. 3 flashes?
