our filter keeps dripping water a even flo from the v clamp we cant tighten it anymore do we need to replace the o ring?
I called our pool co. discount pools and someone was suppose to call me back yest but they never have.

You may need to replace that o-ring but it may also be a crack at the top of the filter where it meets the valve or even the valve flange could be cracked. Ultimately you may want to inspect.

I am on the east coast of Canada and need this part. Can't raise Copper Pools on the phone in Canada. How long would it take to get that part to me and the cost including shipping? I could also use the directional diagram that goes on top of the valve, as it has worn off.
