Hi, Andre. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate a removal tool for this Locking Ring. You can try purchasing a large Strap Wrench.

Cons: expensive, not long lasting
My old one broke after only a year and I had to order another, they are high priced and don't last long but I am just happy that I can find a replacement and not get a whole new pump.
