does skimmer face plate come with gasket? the bolt and size pattern seems to fit my pool. think I have leak at skimmer.

Hello Kurtis, this is just the faceplate, there are no gaskets or screws included.

The dimensions listed, are they the inside of the rectangle or the outside?
I'm trying not to make new screw holes.
