Dirt from the bottom of the pool is blowing out of the Jets on the side of the pool when cleaning the pool. Which parts would need it be replaced in order to correct the problem? I have a Harmsco tropic-flo 100 system.

That problem sounds like the filter element has gone past its usefulness. Debris is just blowing through. Replacing the cartridge element should fix this problem. The elements are listed as part #6 on the diagram of the Harmsco Cartridge Filter.
