This is a standard 2" buttress threaded half union. The
2" buttress threads actually measure about 3-1/16". This has a 2" slip glue in fitting for use with 2" PVC pipe, which measures about 2-3/8" outside diameter.
The replacement o-ring for this union is part number 4800-23.
Will this fit a S1LR9-6-S1 side discharge?

Hi, Rosemary. Unfortunately, it will not. You will have to use Part # B0602-15 (suction side) and the Interconnect Assembly - 42363408R000 (discharge side).

Would this fit on part SPX1580AAP or SPX1580AAT? And would it further connect to Union Heater Half 0611-20?

No, Hayward uses a finer thread & pitch than most in the industry & the tail pc portion will not work with the heater split nut. Pump union # SP1500UNPAK2 ( 89-150-1105 ) & heater union tail pc., 89-238-1020
