Re: 3-way PSV valve. Where does the Teflon o-ring go? Is the top ring, bottom ring or does it go between the two rubber O-rings?

Hi, The Teflon Washer can go either on top or on the bottom of the 2 o-rings, as long as it has all 3 parts in place.
