The tape that was on the diplay came off. I can read only parts of my display. Is there a replacement film of some sort to buy for this.

It's going to depend on which display you're needing. Is it a ps4, ps8 or ps16?

I have a Hayward Aqua Plus (PL-Plus), and the down button on the local display isn't functioning. The image of Pro Logic P4 looks identical, but is it compatible? thank you

I installed new cell, I went to a T-5 from a T-15 because from new installation it was over kill due to my pool being only a 15000 gallon pool. Now that I have installed new cell and changed to T-5 in the diagnostic menu. But now I get error High Salt when I know the salt level is low. Can you help. Thanks

Cody, Did you set the system to read a T-5 cell? If not, that may be your issue.

I found the compatible display easily on your website. the following steps i took to replace the display.
1. Open the box. Turn off all switches to the filter.
2. remove 3 screws from the box. remove the Pro Logic P-4 Local Display from the standoffs mounted on the main PCB.
3. remove the Pro Logic P-4 Local display cable connected to the main PCB.
4. Since that cable was not shipped with my new display, i removed it from my old display and connected it to my new display using the below steps.
a. remove the cover from the old display. disconnect the cable.
b. remove cover from new display and reconnect the cable to the new display. put both covers back on.
5. Now take the new display with the cable and connect it to the main PCB.
6. Mount the display to the 4 standoffs on the main PCB.
7. close the cover, put the screws back on. power on the switches and verify the display works.

Our original Local display ProLogic P4 was twelve years old and the right arrow button had stopped working

Written on 6/18/2020 by Guest

I ordered a replacement from INYOPOOLS.com which arrived this morning. To connect the new display I turned off the pool filter and shut off the power to the box. I unscrewed the facia panel and simply pulled off the display from the motherboard which is sitting on four plastic pins.

I removed the back of the old display, removed the one four pin connecter and inserted the connector to the new display. The four wire connector needs to be put through the back of the new display connected then the display case is then easily pushed together and mounted on the four plastic pins.

I then screwed the facia panel back, turned the power on. The new display came on so much brighter than my old and I checked all the buttons to make sure everything worked. So pleased I replaced the display I was over scrolling through all the settings backwards!!

Very happy. This was an easy fix, should have replaced a year ago!
