I have this cleaner but it does not seem to be moving around the pool very well. It looks like it is missing it's bumper guard with weight. Does this make a huge difference as to the operation of this cleaner? or do i throw out and start again!!!.

Hi Donna, If the Bumper Guard w/ Weight is missing it can affect the cleaners performance. If your cleaner is less than 2 years old then it's up to you if you would want replace the entire unit but that's an option.

This was actually not the part that we needs for our vacuum. But I will say that this company is great to work with.
