will this valve work on 2" flex pve pipe?

Hi Ron, The Tru Seal 3-Way Valve can be istalled using flex pipe.

Does the valve have a drain port, with a removable plug, on it, so it can be drained for winter?

Hi Tex, The Waterway Tru Seal 3-Way Valve does not have a drain port for winterizing.

are outlets threaded
