i just replaced the header on my hayward heater and i have a leak from the bypass cartridge part of the header it is dripping from the ring nut. what could be causing this?

The nut could have a hairline crack or the one the o-rings on the Bypass Cartridge Kit Uhsln (fdxlbpk1930) could have failed.
