Hello, Jeffrey- There is no o-ring for this part, the o-ring would be on the drain plug if you were using a drain plug, if not this would just require teflon tape.

I know the drain plug part is commonly sold with this part.
But do you sell a piece that can lead to a backfill hose?
That is the purpose of this drain outlet, correct?
It does not have to directly attach to a backfill hose.
Just something I could connect to some PVC, then I could set up a valve and hose connection my self.
