Is it possible to get this pump with 2 inch inlet and outlet ports instead of 1.5 inch. I have seen these Hi Flo pumps with those 2 inch ports.

Hello Steven.  The Waterway Hi-Flo II AG Pool Pump has 1 1/2" union threads / 1 1/2" FPT intake and 2" union threads / 1 1/2" FPT discharge ports according to the Waterway website.   The Trap is 2" union X 1 1/2" union/ 1 1/2" FPT.      Hi-Flo II
