My Aquabot classic has a problem where it will run on the deck but when I lower it into the pool the tracks will not move the bot and pull it to the top and it starts to move the tracks

Hi, Jesse. I haven't heard of this issue happening and was not able to find a solution in the Aquabot Troubleshooting Manual. You will need to contact Aquabot Tech Support at 1-800-845-4856.
