I need replacement filter mats for the Nurserypro Microfalls filter. Is this mat for the old model with the square corners, not the new rounded ones?

Yes - according to the manufacturer, the 99216 MicroFalls Filter Mat (rectangular) would be the correct mat.

The 99216 MicroFalls Filter Mat (rectangular) is 10" x 14" and 2" thick.
