is this 100% terra cotta or is it plastic to look like terra cotta, can you send the specifics?

Hi Gloria, The Rain Barrel - Terra Cotta is made out of plastic plastic, the Terra Cotta refer to the color of the barrel. Rain Barrel Specs/Installation Instructions
