Stainless Steel Solar Shower

This model is a real looker. The brushed stainless steel gives a lustrous rich look to the entire shower. Stainless Steel is expensive today. It has features such as a very low corrosion factor in areas that are near the ocean. Many people who live near the ocean install the Solar Shower in their yard to rinse off after a walk on the beach. The stainless model is a little more money than the original, however, a good choice for many families.

More about the Shower: The solar shower comes with a chrome-plated swivel shower head and chrome-plated mixing taps (hot/cold). The Giordano solar shower has a 3 year guarantee on workmanship and materials. The "non-teak" models weigh approximately 28 pounds and are packaged in one carton. The installed height of the shower is around 7'. Shipping carton is 18" x 6" x 52". Easy to follow instructions are included. The Giordano solar showers are made in the straight version or the articulated "angled" version. We prefer the articulated over the straight model because the look and performance are better. Giordano Solar is based in France and has been in the solar business for over 30 years. Technical Information: The two standard Solar Shower models (non teak) have an assembled height of 7'0". Packaging is in a corrugated package that measures 18" x 6" x52" and weighs approximately 30 lbs. Solar Shower packaging meets FedEx and UPS requirements. Solar tube collector is made from external black polyester material with an EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber internal liner. The working pressure is 100 lbs. psi. The tube length is 6'6" long with a 4 3/8" diameter. Capacity is 5.5 US gallons (20 liters) and the fittings are standard 3/4".

Is a solar collector included with this shower? If so how long will the hot water last? Can I add an additional solar collector?

The shower does come with one Solar Collector which will give you 7-9 minutes of warm water, you may add a second solar collector which can be daisy chained to the first solar collector that is included with the shower to give you an additional 4-7 minutes of warm water (totaling 11-16 minutes of warm water with two collectors).

I have the Angled Shower # 535290 and find that I need the Black Water sock that heats the water by solar heat. If this available please let me know, and what will this cost?
