Yes, the concrete deck anchor kits are included and there are 18 for this size safety cover.

I was wondering how wide the concrete apron has to be to use one of your safety covers?

There needs to be at least 3 feet of concrete decking around the pool. If you have pavers, wood decking you will need to fill out a custom cover form.

I would need wood anchors for my cover... can I get them instead of the concrete anchors? If so, I do I make sure that thise are sent with my order when ordering online?

Those anchors would have to be purchased separately. The part number is WS005 and for that sized cover, you would need 28.
