This purchase would be to replace an existing cover. What are the measurements between straps starting from a corner? Can I purchase the cover without mounting hardware?

Hi, Mike. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide you with the strap spacing, that is proprietary info. You're unable to purchase a cover without the hardware. To get a cover that will match your existing cover, check out our PureLine Cover Repair or Template by Cover Doctor page.
