Hi, Art. This is a rectangle cover, it does not have a step section like these Pool Safety Covers.

Hi, I understand that this model doesn't have the square step section, but it does have the rounded ends like the photo, correct? Thanks, Charley

Unfortunately, no these will not have those rounded spots near the steps in the image. That is more of a generic image.
