John, Yes, this will fit. The Aquatechnix PE71 is made by Speck.

pump was leaking.

I removed front pump plastic cover. It came off very easy. I removed the impellor. I took old seal & bushing off motor shaft. I noticed they both were very worn.

I order the seal set from INYO. It came very fast. I installed the set. Very easy. Seal & bushing slipped right on. Put everything back( just reversed procedure )
Everything works great. Been running now for 2 months with no problems

Part was what I needed. Was able to replace this part without much problems. Working fine now.
