I have white calcium stains (I'm guessing) on my tile at the waterline. There is also a black line (looks like algae growth but the pool has been treated). Will this product remove these stains? I have scrubbed and scrubbed but it doesn't help.

Cynthia, The Tile & Vinyl Cleaner 1 Qt. will only get the scum line and calcium deposit off, you can follow the step in this How To Remove Calcium Scale Deposits From Your Pool Wall guide.

Can this be used on full pools.... The cleaner will be washed into the pool

Hi Alice, This product can be used to clean the tiles if the pool is filled. You may have to lower the water level if the water level is above the tile or where you want to clean.

I have a yellow stain on my stairs and inlet surfaces. I have used yellow out and that cleared the water but I still have the stain on my stairs and stair walls at and below the waterline. How can I get rid of this stain? Do you think it is algae related?

Hi Mike, You can use a brush to see if that can remove the stains, if not then you may have to use a stain remover. This Tile & Vinyl Cleaner will not remove stains below the water level.

Pros: Good for easy stains
On general grime it cleaned the vinyl. It didn't clean the deep stains as I had wanted.
