We bought our Sharkline Matrix pool from another company that I won't name, and it sat for a month in boxes waiting for good weather. When we finally went to assemble it, we found a dozen broken parts. With no response from the company, water delivery on the way, the electrician standing by, and my wife giving me the evil eye, Inyo was able to overnight me the parts and save Summer.
