How to Measure the Length of a Bottom Rim
1) Use a flexible measuring tape. We found that a tailoring tape worked best.
2) Measure from one end, along the outside bend, to the opposite end.
Will this piece fit the j2000 round 21foot pool?

No, 1460034 is designed for 27' pools. The part number for the 21' J2000 was 1460032. The 1460032 is no longer available but it can be replaced by part number 1460184.
