Hi Marian. These don't come with instructions but all you need is a screwdriver. The plate is screwed to the upright, the top rail is screwed onto the plate and the cap snaps over where the two rails meet at the plate. We have an instructional guide at this link showing construction of the pool. Go to step 5 and that's where you come in. Best of luck.

I have a 24' Brisbane that the top caps have broken off of one side only. I would love to replace them but not sure if this will work. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!

The 21431-PlateKit would not work with the Brisbane model. The top cap that is typically used on the Brisbane is part number 1490840.
