Drill
I took the screws out of the top rail and then out of the upright and took the upright off. Then I attatched the new upright and put the screws back in it and then in the top rail. Pretty simple and self explanatory.

This was the right part and I was able to fix my pool. I only put 4 stars because it took a long time for me to receive my part. And I thought the price was a bit steep.
