What Color are the sides and tube?

This solar reel come's with white sides and aluminum tubes. So the sides will be aluminum with a white powder coat, and the tubes will come in a silver aluminum color.

On the above solar reel, I wanted to confirm that the tube is not a fixed 20' but is two shorter tubes and you can adjust the length down to say 18'

Art, That is correct. You would join the tubes to make the reel longer or shorter.

What is the weight capacity for this reel? What is the overall width when extended to the max roll width including the framing?

That reel holds up to 60ft of a solar blanket, and not sure on what the weight of that would be.
