Can this pool be partially installed in the ground? And, can an expandable liner be used for a pool with a deep end?

Unfortunately this pool cannot be installed semi-inground. An expandable liner could be used on this pool.

does the pool price include the bottom pad and cove for installation?

The liner, bottom pad and cove are purchase separately from the pool. Not everyone wants to purchase the pad and cove, and we let you pick what design of liner you want.

I notice most of the resin pools say "salt water". We use a chlorinator and do not want to switch to salt water. Does it make a difference what sanitation system we use?

It makes no difference to the pool if you are chlorinating your water with chlorine tablets or a salt chlorine generation system. The resin pools have a warranty that includes coverage for salt water systems, making them the best option for above ground pools.
