Are these pools better then the steel wall pools by Heritage? Does Wilbar make this pool and are the butress free pools have better support?

Hi Kathy,Resin pools will last longer than steel pool quality wise. This Matrix pool is not manufactured by Wilbar but by Waterway. Butress pool doesn't offer any more support vs butrees free pools, its just design to look like it does.

We were thinking of replacing our old oval 18x33 above ground swimming pool.
I was looking at one of your Matrix pool pkgs and wanted to know if it came with straps that are placed under the sand floor of the pool? I was told the newer pools do not come with the same type as mine. Thank you.

Hi Diana - The Matrix Pool is called a butressless pool meaning that it does not have the large side supports extending off the wall of the pool. The butressless pools use straps that go underneath the pool to keep the pool wall sturdy and this pool includes those straps.

Can this Matrix resin above ground pool (18x33) be purchased without the pump and filter? We have our own filtration system.
