How do I know if this is the right part . Where would the part number be located?

Hi John, The data tag will have your full part # and serial #. The data tag is located either on the right hand side or left hand side of the heat pump near the base. If you could reply back to our email with your full model # and serial # this would help us determine which board you need. Also if you could email us a picture of the display that would help out as well. Are you looking at replacing the board or the board and the display?

We spoke with Aquacal and they confirmed that this is the correct Microprocessor Board for your model heat pump. If you need the display panel also then you would require the STA0062 Display Panel. I would suggest replacing the board first and if that doesn't fix your problem then replace the display panel.

Hi BJ, The HP7R Microprocessor Board (ECP0005) will not work with you model because it's an older unit. You will need to get the AquaCal Upgrade Kit (STK0022).

Hi John, According to the manufacturer, you will need to replace both the display and microprocessor with the Four Button Upgrade Kit (STK0178) based on the model number provided.

The Model 156ARDSBTC has been discontinued and has been replaced with the AquaCal Ice Breaker SuperQuiet Heat Pump Heat Cool 126,000 BTU's - SQ166.

Hi, James. This HP7R Microprocessor Board - ECS0287 is NOT compatible with your model. The Control Board Assembly - SMX306000016 is the correct part for your unit.

I have an aquacal heat pump 2001 model# 100ahdebna serial#1080141, the control board is bad and the # I found on the control board is EA200 10450906 on the back of the board, the HP7R control board looks similar. Is the HP7R the updated version of the control board for my unit?

Hi: I own and AquaCal SQ166R installed 2014. Need a circuit board; mine says ECP0005-f just like the one on your web site ECS0287/ECP0005. But.......the "P" number printed on the board is different. Mine is P034908347. The one in your picture is P0349086345. Will it still work for me? Thanks.

I have an older AquaPro 800 AHNA heat pump, serial 13082 1145311. The control panel was not responding so I replaced it with a STA0062/ LBP0049 panel. My panel showed LBP0049 on the face and had an AquaPro sticker over the AquaCal name on the panel. I now get "CEr" fault code. Does this mean I get to replace the circuit board inside? It has P0349071744 on it.

I have a SQ175AHDSBTM pool heater. It appears to start normally, fan starts but the compressor never comes on. Just when you think the compressor should kick in the fan stops and the display goes blank. Then 888 is displayed, screen momentarily goes blank then 88 appears and the fan starts again. This looks just like a power up sequence. I want to replace control board. Supply voltage is 240 and voltage at control transformer is 28v. Do you think control board will fix this

our display window is blank and we discovered the board is bad. its an older heater and the part numbers that i can read hope these are the right ones are: E0255800. another number i found is E3006200. do you all have these parts anymore or is this unit too old to order parts for.
