Hi David, P/N SP3215Z1BE crossed referenced to the Hayward TriStar 1.5 HP Full Rate Motor which would be for the TriStar Pump Model # SP3215EE.

What is the difference from the SP3210X15 and the W3SP3210X15 and can the SP4010X15NS be replaced by either one??

Those two Super Pump models are essentially the same however the model with the "W" is the online product model number. Also, the SP4010X15NS cannot be replaced with these as they have different total horsepowers and having different plumbing arrangements. The Hayward Tristar model W3SP3210EE that you can view by clicking here would be the replacement that we carry for your Northstar pool pump.

What is the flow rate of the SP3210X15? The chart on the page for that pump just lists the WSP3215EE.

Here is the link to that pool pump. The chart is on the description page. Hayward has added a W3 on their part numbers indicating they are sold online. But it is the same pump...Hayward TriStar 1 1/2 HP, Max Rated Pump - W3SP3210X15
