Confirming that the model 460958 is a single phase electrical product. I have seen literature that says three phase for this model. Is that only on the commercial models?

Capacitor has gone out again and there is no one within 600 miles to work on this. I am going to ATTEMPT to replace it, but I am not sure which capacitor goes with the 140 unit. Please advise.

The H/C units state they work at "Lower" temperatures. Will they work in the 40's? I am looking to heat my spa in the winter and it gets into the mid 40's during that time of year. TIA!
