Our custom Prestige Walk-On spa covers have an estimated delivery date of 2-3 weeks after the date of the order. Fabrication takes 3-5 business days and truck line deliveries run on average 7-10 business days.

Our Prestige Walk-On Spa Covers come standard with a 2.5"-3.5” skirt.. You may specify your skirt length on the spa cover measuring sheet. the most commonly chosen is 3" length

On a brand new walk-on cover do I get straps tome pull it off the spa? Also, how to do I secure it to the spa when installed.

What does the 4" X 2" tapering mean for the spa cover foam?

The Prestige Cover is made of tapered foam; at its thickest it is 4 and thinnest it is 2 inches. The thickest part of the foam will be on the seam when the cover folds and tapers down to the 2 inches it gets closer to the cover's edge.

What reinforcements are used to make this a "Walk-on" cover and what exactly do you mean by "Rugged aluminum reinforced hinges ensure that repeated folding will not weaken the cover." Pictures would be nice as well.

The foam is 6 x 4 2# so it’s the thickest and highest density. It does also have a lot of reinforced stitching throughtout. And the hinges are just upgraded units from the other standard ones in the industry.
