Hello Mike. The cross-reference for part number SP1610Z1MXBK is the Century Motors 1.5 HP Up Rate Motor model UST1152. This motor is common to the Hayward Super Pump. Aladdin Basket 5400-B167 is the correct pump basket for this Hayward model pump. Attached please find an exploded parts diagram for the Hayward Super Pump.
