If you are speaking of the ring showin in this photo then no that is not sold seperately. We do carry the SP1434 Wall Fitting and the SP1434 Ring & Seal Kit. You may view All of the SP1434 Parts We Carry here.

Hi Lori, Insert the nozzle with the jet end pointed towards the body of water, then screw in the retainer ring with the crown end facing outward into the jet body.

How do you adjust the flow on these jets? I cannot get the nozzles to turn at all. is a separate tool required?

Hi, Heather. A tool is not required to adjust the jet flow of the jet.If you're unable to turn it is might need replacing.

I installed 2 of these jets in my pool stairs. One fit in properly, the other one is wobbling around even though the retaining ring feels tight. Any ideas what it could be ?

I think there is a white plastic seal ring at the back of the jet body the eyeball pushes up to when you tighten the front ring. I am guessing there is one in the one that works and one fell out in the pool on the other one. Try switching the eyeballs to the other jet I am guessing the same thing will happen.
